The Challenge

The Procurement Manager will play a key role within the Source to Pay team and broader Finance organization to build and scale our Procurement function.

You’ll report to the Senior Procurement Manager and Travel Operations, and you will help scale our systems and processes to meet the needs of a growing business.
You’ll partner closely with IT to ensure we have the right Procurement systems in place and keep our configurations, processes, and policies optimized for long-term success.

You’re a self-starter who strives for continuous improvement and will play a critical role in building the future of OneTrust Procurement.

Your Mission:

  • Act as systems administrator for all OneTrust Procurement tools, including:

    • Ironclad

    • Workday (Procurement, AP, Expenses)

    • Navan

    • OneTrust TPRM

  • Build effective, strategic relationships with business partners across:

    • Strategic Sourcing

    • Procurement

    • IT

    • Finance

  • Prioritize Procurement customer experience

  • Help design and lead Procurement systems architecture strategy in collaboration with IT and Procurement leadership

  • Partner with IT on system fixes, upgrades, implementations, and roadmaps

  • Provide guidance on Procurement system updates and long-term strategy

  • Lead all global Procurement reporting, analytics, and metrics

  • Project manage strategic initiatives including system integrations for acquired companies

  • Partner with Strategic Sourcing to:

    • Monitor supplier delivery against SLAs

    • Drive supplier QBRs through Procurement systems

  • Collaborate with Finance and Controllership teams on:

    • Accruals

    • Financial reporting

  • Develop and maintain Procurement documentation and policies

    • Support Help Center build-out

    • Develop SOPs and process workflows

  • Liaise with Accounting, Tax, internal, and external auditors to ensure policy compliance and future SOX readiness

Your Experience Includes:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent from a leading institution

  • 5–7 years of proven experience

  • High proficiency and admin experience with:

    • Procurement

    • Expense reporting

    • Requisitioning

    • Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems

    • (Workday preferred)

  • Solid understanding of Source-to-Pay processes and best practices

  • Experience in a high-growth tech/software/SaaS company (a plus)

  • Technically savvy and quick to learn new tools

  • Advanced Excel skills

  • Strong skills in metrics, reporting, data analysis, and presentation

  • Experience with Workday dashboards and Worksheets (a plus)

  • Data-driven with a growth mindset

  • Proven track record in process improvement/redesign

  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

  • Self-starter who works well independently and with partner teams
